PPIG is aware of much interest in establishing a TPM style initiative . With this in mind PPIG would like you to consider the following introductory course in its full 3½-day format in the knowledge that this awareness session can be tailored to suit your requirements.

PPIG would be delighted to present a more detailed presentation on TPM PPIG style as well as arrange a visit to a client who is currently receiving training, in a number of tailored TPM style initiatives, from PPIG.

PPIG have established that significant benefits can be achieved when training is carried out by internal personnel and wherever possible PPIG will not only train your operators and engineering but will use specific individuals to aid facilitation and eventually carry out their own training.

Section 2 - Loss Structure & Equipment Efficiency  Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)



Section 3 - Introduction to Autonomous Maintenance

  • 7 Steps (1-3 will be carried out)
  • Goals of Autonomous Maintenance
  • Operator & Engineer Involvement

Section 4 - Go Do Step 1 With Tags

On return to the meeting room the team will discuss the next steps etc  Introduce the concept of the activity board
